NTC temperature sensor is made of manganese, cobalt, nickel and other transition metal oxides. NTC thermal chip made by semiconductor processing technology is used as the core component. NTC thermal chip has the characteristics that the resistance value decreases with the increase of temperature. , its structure is generally composed of NTC thermistor, probe (metal shell or plastic shell, etc.), electronic wire leads, and metal terminals or connectors.
With the development of electronic technology, NTC temperature sensors are used in many fields. In addition, many fields have higher and higher requirements for its temperature change, which requires fast response, good stability, high reliability, and can work for a long time without affecting the performance of the sensor, so as to achieve accurate temperature detection and control.
High stability and fast NTC temperature sensor is encapsulated by glass NTC thermal chip, connecting lead with NTC thermal chip and connector at the end of connecting lead. NTC thermal chip is placed in a high thermal conductivity protective shell, and the bottom of the inner cavity of the protective shell is located A heat-conducting silicone grease sealing layer is provided, an epoxy resin packaging layer for encapsulating the heat-sensitive chip is provided at the inner port of the protective shell, and a heat-insulating insulating layer is provided on the periphery of the lead. It can have excellent stress resistance in high and low temperature impact, good stability, fast induction, high reliability, and can be used in various temperature detection and temperature compensation.
The following is the production method of high stability and fast NTC temperature sensor:
(1) The NTC thermal chip is connected with silver paste and leads, and then encapsulated with glass and insulated and protected by high temperature sintering.
(2) Impregnate polyimide resin on the connecting leads of the encapsulated NTC thermal chip as a thermal insulation layer, and use polyimide resin to impregnate and insulate the exposed leads except for the welding part.
(3) Cover the periphery of the NTC thermal chip with a copper protective shell, inject thermal conductive silicone grease into the bottom 1/3 of the copper protective shell to form a thermal conductive silicone grease sealing layer, and finally encapsulate it with epoxy resin to form epoxy resin seal.

(4) Use nylon and glass fiber for the overall connector injection molding, reserve the welding lead holes and the connector splicing welding position, and finally use a current welding machine to weld the leads and splicing pins.
