The food processor usually has a stirring function and a heating function. The following is the preparation method of NTC temperature sensor for food processor:

(2) The encapsulated thermistor is placed in the housing, and the electronic wire is exposed, and the potting compound is injected or potted between the thermistor and the housing and sintered at high temperature;

(3) Encapsulating the end of the electronic wire exposed on the casing with the encapsulating material, exposing the wire core of the electronic wire, and sintering the encapsulating material at high temperature to obtain a temperature sensor.
