The single-ended glass-sealed thermistor is set at the sealing end of the stainless steel housing and connected to the wire. The thermistor and the wire are sealed in the stainless steel housing by silicone resin, and the wire passes through the stainless steel housing. The sealing end of the stainless steel housing adopts a probe-type tip. It can meet the environmental protection requirements of food grade, can reduce the distance between the thermistor after packaging and the periphery of the stainless steel shell, and improve the response speed and detection accuracy of the NTC temperature sensor.

The single-ended glass-sealed thermistor is set in the probe-shaped tip, the middle and rear of the stainless steel casing is curved, and the protective sleeve is sheathed on the wire and set on the open side of the stainless steel casing. The extrusion deformation of the open side of the stainless steel casing restricts the wire position, the wire is shielded with stainless steel, and the other end of the wire is connected to the connector. The wire adopts a stainless steel shielding layer, which has strong anti-interference performance and good tensile strength. At the same time, the wire can also play a grounding role to improve the safety of the oven. The NTC temperature sensor has the characteristics of short response time, easy installation, reliable use and high temperature resistance.
